As a person with a lot of back issues i tried these out as soon as i got them. They helped stretch my back as well as popped my back. The 12″ wheel was great for popping my back as well as just stretching and the 10″ wheel was amazing for the deep tissue and knots around my spine and tail bone. They also were very light and a great alternative to the chirp wheel which was double the price. Great size for small spaces and easy to use my boyfriend who is stiff as a board in the back even used them.

Let me start by saying I actually weigh about 20 pounds more than this blanket is recommended, but my weight is more fluffy (wouldn’t say I have muscles at my current 230 pound weight, but that is part of my underway resolution!) I have been using this for 3 weeks, every night. It does take me a good bit of EFFORT to move this blanket around on my twin sized bed. I have included a photo so you can see how little this “queen sized” blanket hangs over the edge of my twin sized bed, for reference. I like that the final surrounding row (pouches in the quilt, if you will) are empty/nearly empty to reduce weight right there (sides, bottom and top, where potentially could be too much weight on neck OR along sides/bottom try to pull the blanket off the bed). In the middle of the night if I wake to go to the bathroom, I do feel like I am getting a mini workout just to leave and re-enter the bed, because of the weight of the blanket.Work stress and life stress with caring for my mom, I’m just not sleeping well and finally decided to get a weighted blanket. I always joked I needed a blanket with chain mail inside, but the expected noise put me off. This says there are glass beads inside (can’t tell, but maybe) and there has been no shifting noise at all in the three weeks I have been sleeping with this blanket – SILENT BLANKET.I expected this to feel “snuggly” based on other reviews and other products, but instead I liken it more to the comfort that is given to a pet when you put them in a loud sound (lightening), calming type jacket/wrap. The first night sleeping with this weighted blanket was weird, I may not have moved the entire night (I toss and turn: all over the bed, laying on either side, back and even stomach at times). Using this weighted blanket, I don’t get the fake-human comfort another actual person would provide, but then I also don’t have to fight them for the covers, space, etc. in the bed. If I were in a larger bed than my twin bed, sharing my bed with another person, each of us would need our own blanket, in my opinion. While in a situation where two people are sharing a normal blanket, the normal blanket lofts over the space between the two people – instead the WEIGHT of THIS blanket is going to bring the blanket down, leaving less usable coverage space between the two people unless they remain co-joined the entire time sleeping, which is very unlikely.They say you can wash this blanket, but I will NEVER do so because of the weight. This will only ever get spot cleaned, not that I have yet gotten anything on m blanket; my blanket remains clean. This blanket weighs 20 pounds, is filled with tiny itty bitty glass beads according to description and feel, and should that break apart in my washing machine, it would be like bringing 20 pounds of sand from the beach and putting it in my washing machine – never going to happen. Washing machines cost too much and a blanket is relatively cheap to replace comparatively.I went with the 20 pound grey color because weirdly different blankets have very different purchase costs both when I bought it 3 weeks ago and still now, gray (on sale right now for $34.99, regularly $45.99) was a lot less than the navy and blue color that would go better with my comforter, but they are asking $58.99, regularly $69.99 for Navy and Blue color, with the top price being $79.99 regularly (rose color isn’t on sale, yellow on sale asking $75.99). As you select colors, keep an eye on the SIZE and WEIGHT as there are LOTS of different options so you are comparing similar. It is sort of weird that there are such price differences between fabric colors, most of which are same color on both sides (but not all). Now that I know I really like my blanket, I do wish I had paid more to get colors better suited for my basic bedroom decor, but I told myself ‘gray goes with everything’ so I know I will just live with this color because it was cheaper.All in all, I am happy. I am definitely spending more time SLEEPING when I’m sleeping, and that was the whole reason I bought this weighted blanket. There have even been a couple of nights where I slept the entire night, not even getting up to go to the bathroom, which I didn’t think I was physically capable of doing since it had been so many years getting up at least a couple times each night. I may have the added benefit of building a little more muscle strength using this weighted blanket, but muscles are needed for healthy living, so also a plus. If you are reading this far into my review, then just get it. I wish they were wider. They work well, but they all could be 2-3 inches or 5-8 cm wider. I ordered a different product to replace the larger one. The other product is wider, and it works better on my back. It’s just more comfortable the wider they are. I kept these because they are nice for the neck, lower back, etc., and multiple people can use them at the same time.

I love this! There are endless ways to use it! I especially like to use it after an exercise session to end my workout. These yoga wheels give a really good stretch and have been awesome for opening up my back and shoulders. I like that you can get that satisfying back pop and release tension without feeling like you’re going to hurt your back. The wheels feel sturdy and stable, and the thicker padding makes them more comfortable than some of the harder wheels I’ve tried.My only “wish” (not really a negative) is that they were a little wider or had a slight concave/contoured middle to follow your spine more naturally. That would make them feel even more ergonomic. But overall, they work great and do exactly what I wanted for stretching, backbends, and loosening up tight muscles.

My yoga teacher recommended this as I spend too much time sitting at computer so I’m jacked up here and there. It cracks my back. I told my chiro and he agrees if it works use it. Even though it’s a bit odd of a tool, it works. If you have pain from sitting all day, give it a whirl. I use for about 15 seconds a day. So easy and helpful. Every gym should have one and explain how to use.

I wanted to hate this in the beginning. It was much bigger than expected, I realized this as soon as I took it out of the box. Large, all plastic looking, the faux wood so tacky looking and couldn’t connect to wi-fi right from the start. The directions say add the water to the reservoir then plug it in. The plug is on the bottom. You know what happened next…spillage and just an ugly oily mess. Frustrated, I threw it aside and chalked it up to another purchase mistake.As time went by and I kept looking at my purchase mistake in the corner of my room just sitting there, I decided to give it another try. I was in the right mindset, I had time for more messes, I wanted to get value for my dollar, I think we are all sick of wasting money.Hear me out, don’t give up on this one just yet. Read the instructions carefully before even starting. My second try, wi-fi connection was a success and almost instant. I plugged it in before adding water or oils. Also you should pick your location for this device first, no matter what the water level. if you fill it before transporting, it spills very very easily. Plastic, yes, but durable and water and natural wood just don’t mix well over time. Large, overly so, but the light this brings is just beautiful, a smaller device wouldn’t give that. Soft, diffused light. The app is extremely easy to use. You have a choice of colors, whether fixed or intermittent and even mist intensity. You can also make these selections on the device itself. It’s nice that the device won’t turn on if it’s out of water, I fill mine to the max and tend to forget that because it lasts a long time.My initial purchase was a bug deterrent for the house. lol. I now use it for my creativity and yoga routines, so so relaxing! It’s quiet and I even like the soft bubbling sound it gives.Pair it with a variety of diffuser oils and find your favorites. Mine are Lavender, Sage, cinnamon, etc. just don’t add too much, this diffuser does a very good job with the distribution of the oils. You know you’ve made the right choice when hubby walks in the room and says “ah, it smells nice in here”. I really have no complaints now.

Finding a heavy enough blanket in a true King Size (88” x 104”) can be tough, but this one is perfect and provides amazing, evenly distributed pressure. The premium glass beads stay securely in their pockets without shifting around or bunching up at the corners.Despite the heavy weight, the fabric is surprisingly breathable and cooling, so I don’t wake up overheating or sweating during the night. I used their 15lb blanket for about 5 years before it snagged and one of the pockets broke. Despite that one issue, its overall quality was terrific and I bought the 20lb to replace it. Honestly, if you’re looking for well distributed weight and coverage, this blanket has it. The blanket itself doesn’t actually get too warm, so I pair it with a regular sheet and comforter and they all work together very well (as in they stay on top of each other and don’t move around too much). This is the same strap sold by my Physical Therapist, at half the price (and I was told by them to get it on Amazon). It is well made, comes with a handy little booklet of other stretching exercises. I highly recommend it if you need it. Good length so it doesn’t matter if you are 5′ or 7′ tall. Loops are very secure. I didn’t realize how versatile it really is until I read through the booklet.

Great product that works well, my son even enjoys it just for the lighting feature. My only fix if I could make one is to have a small lip to make taking the dome off for cleaning. It has a tendency to get moisture trapped there making it a tad more difficult to take off. We use ours so often (ordered two) I fixed this by adding a clear piece of tape on each side, just for something to hold on to when refilling. It’s perfect for any room and a great baby shower gift.Great gift, cleans very well, no issues with buildup.

I’ve used this now daily, for over a year. It’s super-quiet, and I love all the settings you can change to suit your needs. I clean the unit every Sunday night, and that’s when it gets its refill as well. I run it nightly, for 90 minutes, set on intermittent, and by Sunday night, I’m still at half-way on the water level. I love that I can set it to a mid-range red light so the light does not keep me awake (but I like the light on, just in case I forget to set its timer so I can make sure I shut it off in the morning). I use vetiver oil in it nightly. With consistent cleaning, I’ve not had one issue with this product and would highly recommend it to others.

Good quality but in my opinion a design flaw. The label is sewn in the middle so if you need your foot to be in the loop, there is an uneven pull. The exercise I need to do needs the foot in the loop so this is very noticeable to me.

The material for the weighted blanket is made with the same material used for sleeping bags. If you plan to put this blanket underneath a nicer-looking quilt or comforter, then maybe the material won’t be that big of an issue for you. I’d originally planned to make the weighted blanket the star of my bedroom, but it just looks so cheap. The quality isn’t what I was expecting for the price. It’s not very soft – I was so hoping for a softer, nicer fabric. Portability wise, it’s easy to carry and maneuver on the bed. Thickness isn’t an issue, it’s a very thin weighted blanket with the weights being dispersed evenly. What’s interesting is that the yescool brand wasn’t on the blanket at all. I suspect that this blanket comes from one of the many factories in the PRC that produce generic goods.

This is probably one of the best items I’ve purchased in a while! A friend of mine has the 20 inch for just a throw blanket when they get cold. So he gave it ro me to use while at his home. I loved it so much I bought a king size one for my bed! It weighs about 35 pounds but it’s absolutely great all season long it’s cooling yet also warm if that makes sense. I freaking love this thing. As someone who doesn’t seem to get adequate rest. This helps me fall asleep so much faster! It’s like a bear hug lol!

We keep this by the entrance to our home and we love it. We’ve tried different scents but like to use the Hotel Diffuser Oil No. 1012 – The White Tea Hotel Scent. We bought the big bottle and it’s lasted a long time. The diffuser has many light options with timers and the mist has different settings as well to run at full power for a few hours on one fill up or all day if you lower the setting. Easy to clean and I recommend cleaning it as any oil will leave residue. We have 3 diffusers and this is the biggest of the 3 in a high traffic area. Everyone compliments the smells as soon as they walk in to our home.
