Orders ship from our fulfillment partners’ warehouses in the United States, so there are no import duties. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Some orders may arrive in more than one package.

PO Boxes and military addresses

A few items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If that applies to your order, we will email you before shipping to arrange another address or a full refund.

Delays

Carrier delays can happen around holidays and in severe weather. If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days, contact us and we will sort it out.

Changing your address

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to change your shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
