  2. Kim M –

I had heard of foam rolling and was very interested, but wasn’t sure which type to buy. I was actually on the OPTP website early last week looking for a McKenzie product for my back that I had recently injured, when I started reading about the foam rollers on the OPTP website. I read all the info and reviews there, then came to Amazon and read ALL, yes, ALL of the reviews for this soft roller and the blue and green firmer ones OPTP offers here. I was quite torn as to which type to purchase, because the OPTP site recommends the firmer blue or green one for a good place to start. Since I was injured and was in a LOT of pain (just diagnosed with Lumbosacral Facet Syndrome and having a lot of sciatic pain radiating down the front of my thigh and into the knee), PLUS I was a total foam rolling beginner, I finally chose the softer pink one. I was worried it would be too soft, but it’s PERFECT. I’ve been going to a chiropractor every day this week and was not responding very positively. I still had a tremendous amount of stabbing shooting pain, could not stand up straight or walk without a pronounced limp, and had to resort to taking pain meds which I really hate to do. I also purchased the accompanying OPTP book Pro-Roller Massage Essentials with the pink foam roller. As soon as they arrived I lay down on the roller vertically (spine down-tailbone to head, arms outspread to the sides, palms up) in the position called Chest Release in the book – it’s also mentioned in The MELT Method (I have this in e-book form) and followed Sue Hitzmann’s directions. After THE FIRST TIME I did this for about 5 minutes, when I got up I had TREMENDOUS pain relief – for the first time in a WEEK! It’s quite amazing when, if you follow the instructions in The MELT book, and do the assessment first, then do this exercise, how you can feel such a difference in your alignment and balance. I repeated this maybe 3 more times the first day, and each time it was like a “reset” for my entire body. Yesterday, I brought it to work with me and lay down on it for 5 minutes twice. I felt SO much better. Went to my chiropractor yesterday afternoon, and when I left there – limping – I was WORSE! As soon as I got home I lay down on the foam roller again and my pain lessened by about 70% after 5 minutes. I am a believer, and this thing is my new best friend! According to my chiropractor, it will take 18 more visits until I am “fixed” – to the tune of a $35 copay for each visit PLUS what my insurance doesn’t cover – such as x-rays, the awful corset thing he wants me to wear, and other treatments insurance does not deem necessary. I feel SO much better doing this ONE exercise that I went to the MELT website this morning and ordered the hand/foot kit and the DVD’s to go with my e-book and roller so I can do MORE MELTing. I am very seriously considering ditching the rest of the chiropractor visits and just doing this! I DO get SOME relief from the chiro’s treatments (electric stimulation, heat, ultrasound, and an adjustment – BUT – it HURTS and the relief only lasts for about 30 minutes. With the roller, relief is instant, it’s painless, and it LASTS much longer! I am a former skeptic turned believer, and can already see how MELTing regularly will help me not be sore after my regular workouts, un-kink and relax my quads, hams, piriformis, etc., and hopefully help me feel looser, more flexible, and PAIN-FREE! I have done a few other MELT exercises on this and it has worked perfect. I do know that THIS USED TO BE the roller that was recommended for MELT BEFORE Sue created her own roller to slightly different specs (5 inch diameter rather than 6, and possibly slightly softer), but right now, this one is working just fine. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

  4. Abcore –

This is so amazing! I was first introduced to this specific device about 6 weeks ago by the Physical Therapy center in the Holy Cross Hospital. I occasionally suffer from tensed and painful muscles in my upper trapezius, neck, and shoulders, which normally result in a migraine. I am amazed at how quickly this device “completely relaxes” all the muscles in my upper torso within less than 5 – 15 minutes, depending upon how tensed the muscles are. I purchased this 36” x 6” roller because it’s the EXACT device used by the physical therapy center at the Hospital. It’s the blue one that says “SOFT” on the end of it. I was trained to lie (on my back) on it, with the entire spine and head resting on the device (my tailbone is at one end while my head is the other end)…. making sure that my arms fully extend outward (in the “stretched-out” angel position). The back of my hands actually are resting on the floor. That position will eventually relax all muscles in the upper torso (arms, shoulders, neck, and chest)!!! I’ve been instructed to used it this way (for at home therapy) 2 – 3 times every day to prevent the muscle from tightening up. And when they do tighten up, from simple things like performing computer and desk work…or from lifting something too heavy, or twisting the wrong way…or most commonly from unintentionally tensing my upper body when I get cold, I am to use this device to release all those tightened muscles. Please Note: While I’m lying on the roller stretched out into an angel position (with knees bent and both feet flat on the floor), if any muscles in my upper torso are tight, my elbows will not be able to relax on the floor UNTIL the muscles fully relax. Sometimes, I end up lying on the roller for 15+ minutes before my upper traps fully release. I love this! It’s well worth the money. It’s $49 on Amazon (Prime/Free shipping), but cost $37 on the OPTP website, but you’d have to pay the shipping to OPTP. So, I opted to pay Amazon instead. LOVE THIS DEVICE. Also, my PT advised me to use this “soft” roller “while my muscles are very sore”…and down the road once my muscles have become much-less painful, I can use a different soft roller. But this OPTP soft roller is truly the best. (Other soft rollers that I tried, because they were $20-35, were “too firm” albeit they said they were “soft”). Trust me, the OPTP soft roller isn’t mushy; it’s a gentle firmness “that sore muscles need” to help them relax without causing additional pain. I have two of them and keep one in my car, to ensure that I have it when I visit family and friends.

  5. Carl –

The soft density really helped my wife gain access to foam rolling. She couldn’t use the harder ones, which meant she couldn’t do any foam rolling before she got this one. She also really enjoyed the length of this one as you can lay it along your spine in a stretch that opens up your chest which is very useful for posture problems.

  6. Jessica J. –

Fantastic! This gives instant stress relief! Both my husband and I love it and have used every day since we received it. Worth every penny!

  7. Jenna B. –

This product is the miracle I have been searching for. I have had chronic back pain for 10 years. Herniated disks in my lower back, nerve pain, sciatic pain, SI joint pain, hips and pelvic pain from pregnancies, severe muscle spasms, ribs out of alignment….you name it I have been dealing with it non stop. I have tried physical therapy which didn’t work, and I have been on way too many pain meds and muscle relaxers just to function. Even then I was in so much pain 24/7. I’m 39, but I felt like I have been living in a 90 year old body.Enter this little torcher device. This mat of 3,000 little spikes feels as scary as it looks. I laid on it for the first time without a shirt and my brain immediately panicked because the pain/pressure/burning sensation was too intense. I had read previous reviews that mentioned this so I breathed through it for the next minute or so. After that, the intense pain begins to decrease and a hot burning sensation intensifies. You can feel the blood rushing to the area and you can feel your brian trying to interpret these unfamiliar sensations. Is it pain? Is it pressure?? Am I dying? It’s an interesting experience to see your body figure it out. At the 8 minute mark the pain continues to diminish and you get very relaxed. By 10 minutes you feel like you’re in almost a nirvana state, even though there is still a lot of discomfort. Rolling off the mat is pretty uncomfortable although it’s manageable. Your back will be all red and you will see 3000 little dimple indentions from the points. It’s kind of itchy afterwards for a few minutes but that all goes away shortly. Here’s the crazy part. From the very first time I did this, my back pain has been virtually gone. All of it. The pain relief lasts almost a full day, so I do it once in the morning and again in the evening when I start to feel discomfort start to set back in. The only explanation I can think of is that it resets your body’s pain receptors or disrupts their normal pathways to the brain or something. I’m not a doctor but I can tell something was shifted in my brains perception of pain signals.Although it’s an uncomfortable 20 minutes out of my day, IT IS WORTH IT. I feel great the rest of the day and my whole outlook on life has improved. Living in chronic pain is a difficult experience and I am so thankful to have found something that helps get me off the pain meds and brings me much needed relief.

If you can’t decide if you need an this kind of mat, going for this one is a good choice since it has very sharp points, multiple parts, is decently constructed and is affordable. The points are glued in as opposed to being placed by hand like the really expensive ones. If one comes off it can be re-glued or even hand sewn back into place since it has holes along the edges. The measurements of the set that I received were slightly off, but that is not a problem for me. The bag appears to be made of a flimsy cotton, but it is not canvas. Getting the parts out of the bag took some tugging, but I don’t plan to put the large mat back into the bag since I will keep it on a chair at home. I found this item to work exactly as described and I can use it without a t shirt. There is also a brochure that comes with the mats that describes how to use the items and clean them (hand wash). A neat surprise was using the mat for my feet. It made my feet feel like I had been walking on the beach!

  12. Zen V. –

This therapy seems to work because it definitely increased the circulation in my back and after 10minutes of usage, the points felt comfortable and my muscles seemed to be less knotted. However, the points are so sharp that putting it against my bare skin just felt like torture each time. I tried to use this mat lying down, but due to my weight, they dug in too much. I found it most comfortable to put the mat on a recliner back, and then slowly recline the back so I was lying on it at an angle so my full weight was not on it. I also put the pillow behind my neck.Despite giving me some relief when I used it, I found the whole process very uncomfortable, and also it was very difficult not to get scratched every time I brought out this mat. Also, if I left it lying around so I use it more often, I had to be careful that no one came in contact with it and scratched themselves. Right now I don’t have pets, but it still became a bit of a challenge to figure out where to use this safely, so I just decided to return it. I am still giving it four stars because the product did work. It just was difficult to use it in my house.

  13. Norton Paratela –

Excelente produto para massagear o couro cabeludo, nuca e pescoço. Assageio os pés também.

  14. Ava DePasquale –

I got this leg massager to help with poor circulation in my legs, as they often ache after being on my feet all day at work or after going for long walks. The material of this product seems to be good quality, and the zippers are good quality too, I mention this because nothing bothers me more than cheap zippers that break of get stuck so you can no longer use something! My legs fit in them well, I’m about a size 12/14 pants and 5’3″ and my legs have plenty of room, I think most people will have no problem fitting their legs into the sleeves. The part that goes on your feet/calves zips so there is less room to adjust if you need more space, but the part that goes on your thigh is a cuff with velcro so there is more room for adjustment if needed.Everything comes in a nice little storage bag, which is easy to get everything back into once you are done with it. It comes with the two leg sleeves/cuffs, which plug into the remote, and then a separate adapter cord which plugs into the wall (this is a decent length so you don’t have to be sitting right next to the wall). It is very quick and easy to connect everything and start using them, I was using it about ten minutes after unboxing. The remote and settings are very intuitive and user friendly and the Quickstart guide was easy to understand and explained the different modes in more detail. The Massage/Compression: The massage component was not exactly what I was expecting, it’s not like a massage chair type of massage but is really just compression on different parts of your leg that compresses and then releases slowly and repeatedly. The way it works is very similar to a blood pressure cuff. It felt a little weird at first but I found that it did help reduce the aching in my legs. There are different levels of compression, the first level was good enough for me and the second was more intense but not painful. I haven’t used the third level of compression yet, but I don’t think I will need it, it may be useful if you have smaller legs. Each cycle runs for 20 minutes and then turns off on its own. You can restart it right away if you want it to go longer but the remote does warm up and the instructions do warn you about that with longer use.The Heat: You have the option to use this without heat which is great. Personally the heat is my favorite part and even on the highest heat setting it does not get too warm where it could burn you, so it’s nice to not have to worry about that.Over all I’m really happy with this leg massager so far and look forward to using it regularly.

  20. Mama Tested Reviews –

Update: This device didn’t hold up for even a year. The charger base gave out and wouldn’t charge my device anymore. I probably have only used the charger base 2 times in total. I registered my device when I got it and received and extra year warranty. So all together I had a 3 year warranty on this device. I contacted the company since it was under warranty, took a video and everything. The company message me back stating “ your purchase is now beyond the 90-day return label period for which we’re responsible” and if I wanted to return the product I’ll need to cover the shipping costs. At this point it would simply be better just to buy a new one. The customer service from this company just left a bad taste in my mouth.I bought this product to help regrow my hair faster after a bad haircut/ postpartum hair loss. I have only had this product for about a week and have been using it while performing the inversion method and have gained a little over an inch of growth in 7 days! Very impressed with my results. The inversion method involves you hanging upside down in your bed or a chair for 4 minutes for 7 days. This method is only supposed to be done once a month or it will not be effective. While you are upside down you are supposed to massage your head to stimulate hair growth. You can add hair oil to your scalp during this process too. The massage is the best feeling ever. Feels like you are at a salon. The massager is super gentle. You do not feel pain in your scalp afterward. You actually can feel afterward a little sensation in your scalp. It hasn’t tangled or ripped out any hair for me when using it. It’s super easy to use, you push a button to turn it on. I have noticed less hair shedding too! It has different intensity levels for you to choose from. The noise is very minimal making the massage relaxing. It has a 10-minute timer and will shut off automatically after 10 minutes. It hasn’t gotten covered in nasty hair oil for me after a week of use but is very easy to wipe down and clean. It is waterproof and can even be used in the shower. It is very durable and comes with a charging base. The only “downfall” is that you need a charger block because they only send you the charging cable itself, but that is like everything these days. This massager can easily be used every day to increase stimulation in your scalp for faster hair growth. This is something I lacked during my daily routine now it’s easier than ever.

From the moment I tried it on, I was impressed by how comfortable it is. The adjustable straps fit snugly around my calves and feet, providing just the right amount of compression. I love that it features three different massage modes, allowing me to customize my experience based on how I’m feeling that day. The heat function is an added bonus that enhances relaxation and helps soothe soreness. After just a couple of sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in my circulation and a remarkable reduction in swelling and fatigue. I absolutely love the CINCOM Leg Massager with Heat and Compression! This device has been a game-changer for my circulation and overall leg health. I use it daily, especially after long days on my feet, and the relief it provides is incredible. The combination of air compression and heat really helps to soothe my sore muscles and reduce swelling in my calves and feet. The 3-in-1 functionality is fantastic—whether it’s for general relaxation, pain relief, or reducing edema, it’s versatile and easy to adjust. I also appreciate that it’s FSA/HSA eligible, which made it even more convenient to purchase. The design is comfortable, and I love how it fits snugly around my legs without being too tight. It’s a great gift idea, too! I’ve already recommended it to several friends and family members who are experiencing similar issues. If you’re looking for a high-quality leg massager that combines heat, compression, and effective circulation relief, this is definitely worth the investment. Highly recommend!

  24. GB –

I have pain in my calves and feet each night. This well-made machine gives compression which helps relax my calves so I can sleep. It is super simple to put on and use. The zipper design is too tight for my toes though, even on the lowest setting. I contacted customer service and they were awesome!! They suggested a more adjustable machine for me – the velcro design leg massager, which comes with an extension option for a more adjustable fit. If you are prone to toe cramps, perhaps this option would be a good alternative.

I have had all kinds of headaches since I was very young. When they are really bad my husband will use his fingertips to rub my scalp and it brings the pain level down some usually so I wanted to try this to compare. This little gadget does feel really good. I don’t think it is as effective as human hands but it is close, so much so that I ordered 2 of them so that I could work more area at the same time. I do not mess with the modes. They are so similar that I just turn it on and go.Here is the one thing that really bugs me and I feel very strongly about. I watched the videos of those earning commission. practically every one of them regurgitated what the manufacturer stated in printed form. “it doesnt tangle my hair”….. well I am here telling you that this is NOT the case for me. Let me clarify. while using this little gadget (which I still recommend) it does not yank my hair but once in awhile, and even when it does it is not that bad. HOWEVER!, when I am done using this my hair has been “teased” – when you back brush sections for lift and volume- terribly and everywhere I have used it. So there are tangles and knots all over that require careful attention and a soft hand to brush out and remove!! Again, I use this all over my head and for many minutes, not just a quick thing. And I use it not for just a feel good moment but for pain relief and therapy.Overall, I do recommend this product but wanted to put my experience out there that is so drastically different than those already expressed. Enjoy!

The massager does a good job and can at times on strong mode, you can feel like the Prince Oberyn losing to the Mountain. The heating is good. I just wish you could turn the music off. I may just be missing how but the music button just turns it up or the arrows skip to the next song. Holding the music button down for a few seconds doesn’t either. I ended connecting my phone so it wouldn’t play anything. Also soothing music isn’t meant to sound like it’s coming from a drive-thru speaker.

  29. Maggie K. –

My eye doctor recommended this brand for dry eye heat therapy. She didn’t recommend a specific model so I opted for what I thought was their top of the line model. I don’t mind paying more for quality and functionality. I bought the Eyeris Smart model since it advertised multiple heat settings and voice mode. I assumed the higher price point meant better quality and enhanced functionality. I guess it technically works as advertised but I expected more for the price. The massage is performed by alternately inflating and deflating a series of small air bags within the eye mask. The inflation is a bit noisy between the motor and the crinkling of the plastic air bags inflating/deflating. The pressure feels a bit uneven as it rotates around the eye socket. It’s great along the brow bone but I find it a little uncomfortable at my temples and on the eyeball itself (even on the lowest setting). The bottom of the mask doesn’t seem to sit flush against my face so I feel like I have to lean my head back or constantly adjust to ensure it’s making contact for the heat benefit. In my opinion, the music doesn’t do anything to enhance the experience. It allows you to connect to your phone via Bluetooth so you can play your own music through the speakers in the eye mask, but it’s not like headphones so others around you can still hear the music. This doesn’t seem to add much value, considering you could have the same experience playing music directly from your phone without connecting via Bluetooth. Or better yet use earbuds. There are a few on board songs/nature sounds, but they’re just your average generic spa track, birds chirping, and running water sounds. The voice mode is a bit deceiving. I assumed voice mode, meant voice controlled, nope. It simply means it will audibly announce the modes and settings as you cycle through button presses (there is also a silent mode). My biggest complaint by far is that the only way to adjust the temperature setting is to install the mobile app and create an account. The app has a guest mode, which still requires your name, date of birth, height, and weight, but guest mode doesn’t allow you to add the eye mask as a device on the app. It forces you to create an account on the app in order to add the eye mask as a device. Then once you have an account and add the device, the only way to change the heat setting is to create a “favorite“ routine with the desired high/medium/low temperature setting. You’re not able to cycle through heat settings or adjust the temperature while using the mask. it’s not horrible, and I’ll continue to use it because it’s better than the microwavable heated eye mask, but I expected much better.

While some say the audio is barely audible, I didn’t find it lacking in that aspect. In fact, when connecting it to my iPhone, the audio was good. The heat level is minimal. The temple message points are also minimal. It doesn’t lock in place, unlike another I have that is also foldable. I wonder if this one is defective, due to it lacking in so many areas?I have one that I purchased from a local, very popular pharmacy, that has three levels and even the lowest level is hot. That one is just a heat mask. It works well for half the price of this one, if heat is all you want. It’s also flat, you can lay in any position and it goes up to 60 minutes. This one you will be limited to laying on your back. And, the max time of use is 15 minutes. It can be used – preprogrammed – for 5 to 10 minutes. So, if you want to use it longer, you would have to restart it. Needless to say, sound quality, when connected to a IPhone or IPod touch, is the only good thing. What I find most unacceptable is the noise level of this thing. How is a person supposed to relax with the constants churning noises that are so loud it makes it hard to relax? The release noise from the air bags deflating aren’t as bothersome as the churning of the gears. It’s smaller than another one I purchased, so at this size, it shouldn’t be so loud. Would I purchase again? Not in a million years.

I wish I’d bought this years ago. I have struggled with back and neck pain since a car accident in 2006. I’ve tried tons of gadgets, most ended up collecting dust in my closet because they just didn’t work. I have found acupuncture to be effective, but it’s expensive and difficult to find the time in my schedule. I bought this after eying a much more expensive version for months. I figured, at this price, what do I have to lose? I was apprehensive about using it the first time because those little spikes are sharp! I was pleasantly surprised to find that it really didn’t “hurt”, it mostly felt like a sort of prickly heat at first, and then after a few minutes I just felt warm and relaxed. The best part is that, after just one use, a painful knot in my shoulder that I had medicated for a week was almost completely gone. I have used the neck pillow independently a few times, positioning it to hit spots where I’m having pain, and within hours of use, the pain is gone or significantly subsided. Unlike many other things I’ve purchased, I actually look forward to using this because the endophin-fueled relaxation is awesome. About the product itself- the construction and materials are fairly cheap. I could see how the cotton might stretch over time or the styrofoam inside the mat might break down. For the latter issue, there’s a velcro opening at the bottom where the mat could be removed and replaced. I do like the inclusion of a carrying bag, as I will definitely be taking this with me when I travel. Overall, for the price, I think the quality is as expected, and, frankly, I really don’t care because the product is so effective. I highly recommend it.

Didn’t feel any pressure/massage whatsoever. The heat & music felt good but the pressure did not work so I’m returning.

    Cheap rubbish – wouldn’t recommend.

I’m extremely pleased with this product. Its very relaxing and great for the price. The only thing that would make this a 5 star would be more pressure and some times the buttons dont work all the time lol. Considering it is only $35, im happy with it!

Why did I not buy this before. Absolutely brilliant, works wonders for my dry eyes and headaches

I bought this on a whim along with a bunch of other things to help with my discomfort because due to working in front of the computer all day in a high stress job for years I have been waking up so tense and feeling like not a single muscle in my body relaxed overnight. Along with that came constant anxiety and inability to relax. Time to time I go get a rmt massage which helps for a couple hours but was not a long term solution or something I can do often due to cost.I got this mat yesterday, was looking into some alternate brands that are 10-30x more expensive too but at the end of the day if it doesnt work I am only out of 35$ as opposed to 300.placed it on the floor, took of my tshirt and lied on it. It wasn’t as painful as I anticipated, after the first 5-8 minutes of discomfort you do get that warm sensation on your back and along with that came the BEST relaxation I have ever experienced in YEARS. It was as if all the muscles in my back relaxed for the first time, I almost cried from the relief. I had the best sleep I can remember in recent memory and when I woke up I wasn’t tense at all.I tried stepping on the mat with bare feet this morning and that was an amazing experience as well. Jolts you awake better than coffee let me tell you!I can’t recommend it enough. The product itself is cheap quality. It has a piece of soft white foam inside and will probably not last long with constant usage but that is ok since it’s only 35$.

I’ve tried something in the past and recently feel like I should get my own set so I can enjoy it at home. This one has a lot of reviews and also good rating so I decided to get this a try. When I first got it, it’s actually extremely sharp unlike what I had before. But I figured once you have even pressure over it, it wouldn’t be a big deal, just need to get use to it.Overall it’s not bad, it is slightly shaprtwr than I would like. But that’s not what I gave it a 3 star. The reason is at the material of the fabric and the foam. The fabric is extremely thin, and it’s not a good material neither. I opened up the seam and the foam is quite a joke. It’s so thin and so support at all. It’s pretty disappointing.I know this item is not expensive so if you are right on budget and don’t mind the overall quality or longevity, sure give it a try. But if you want good quality product, you might want to look somewhere else.

I used this eye massager only twice before it completely stopped working. I thought maybe it needed a full charge, so I left it charging overnight, but it still won’t turn on at all. Extremely disappointed with the quality. This product feels like a total ripoff — save your money and look elsewhere. I strongly advise against buying it.

I’ve purchased this acupressure mat set three times because it’s the only thing that consistently calms my nausea.I’ve struggled for years with severe, cyclical vomiting—multiple hospitalizations, every test under the sun (MRIs, CTs, scopes, labs), and a long list of meds including ondansetron. A neurologist recently connected my symptoms to vagus-nerve dysregulation (my body living in “fight or flight”). When a wave of nausea hits, lying on this mat flips the switch: my body relaxes, my stomach settles, and the urge to vomit fades—often within minutes. Why this one works for me:Even, firm pressure from the discs—no flimsy spots—plus the included neck pillow hits the upper back/neck where vagal stimulation helps me the most.Large size & carry bag make it easy to use at home or bring along.Durable and easy to clean; mine have held up through heavy use.I’m not into mystical explanations—I’m a “show me the evidence” person—but the vagus-nerve link between the brain and gut is real, and acupressure is a simple, drug-free way to tap into the body’s “rest and digest” mode. For anyone dealing with nausea, anxiety, or that wired-but-unwell feeling, this has been genuinely life-changing. I’d gladly pay 10x the price for the relief it gives me.Of course, talk to your doctor—this is just my experience—but if you’re desperate for something that actually helps, try this mat.

Great for working out stubborn fascia and sore muscles

This acupressure mat set is well-crafted and lightweight, making it easy to use. Although I don’t have previous experience with acupressure mats, the discs with spikes are securely mounted and appear durable, suggesting it will last a long time. I’ve been using it on my sofa, but I plan to try it on a harder surface, like my carpeted floor, for potentially better results. I’m still assessing the effects, but after using it for a while, I’ll report back on how it improves my overall well-being.I put my shoe, a size 7, in one of the photos to show the size relationship. Also, it comes in a carrying bag in which it fits perfectly!

Stopped working after 3 months so disappointed & waste of money sadly don’t recommend this product.

item description says size 49.2 x 16.9 inch. But actually what i received was 24 x 16.9 inch. Absolute cheating, as I had two 24 inch mat already.

I was a bit dubious when ordering. I have tried many ‘massagers’, creams and potions and been let down . This item is fantastic and does exactly what it says it does.Relaxing massager. A good thing to have in your daily routine. It’s a good way of staying off the screen for 15 minutes. The combination of features (vibration, heat, air) is good. My main peeve is that it’s heavy so it keeps sliding and putting pressure on the nose. I keep it in place by supporting it with my fingers. So many setting. So relaxing and the battery last forever.I highly recommend!

I am a master’s marathoner, and as the years tick by, my mobility and muscle stiffness are increasing. Lately, I’ve been considering whether I need to stop. I’ve never had good experiences with foam rollers, but I thought I would give this one a try. It is remarkable! Being slightly softer than most, it allows me to use it effectively. The size is perfect, and the quality is better than any I’ve ever used. Thank you.

  48. CR –

really love this foam roller. If you want to release sore muscles and fascia without the pain of a hard roller—especially on areas like the IT bands—this one works extremely well. You can apply good pressure and get a deep release without feeling like you’re torturing yourself. This is definitely a soft-density roller, so if you’re looking for something very firm, this isn’t it. It’s a great size and slightly thinner, which actually makes it perfect for legs, arms, and lower back. Comfortable, effective, and ideal for gentle but effective fascia release.

I like it and would recommend it for the price. I find that even at max levels it is not that much pressure and heat. It’s comfortable. One day I’ll upgrade to something. Stronger but this works for now.
