What we collect

  • Order details: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (optional), items purchased.
  • Payment: processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Site usage: pages viewed and device and browser data, collected with cookies (see Cookies).
  • Messages you send us.

Why we use it

  • To process, ship and support your order (contract).
  • To prevent fraud and meet tax and accounting rules (legal obligation).
  • To measure and improve the store and our ads, with your consent where required.
  • To send marketing emails, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

  • Payment processors: Stripe and PayPal.
  • Fulfillment and shipping partners, who need your name and address to deliver your order.
  • Our hosting and email providers.
  • Analytics and advertising partners (such as Meta and Google), only if you accept cookies.

We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

Some of our providers are in the United States. Transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records: 7 years (accounting law). Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Analytics data: up to 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw your consent. EU/EEA residents can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee). California residents: we never sell your personal information for money. Advertising cookies (for example the Meta Pixel) may count as “sharing” under California law. You can opt out at any time through the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in our footer, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals from your browser.
