30-day returns, on us

If your Restmend product isn’t right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is free.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@restmend.com or use our contact form with your order number.
  2. We’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions within 1 business day.
  3. Pack the item with its accessories and drop it off with the carrier.

Refunds

Once the return is on its way, we refund the full item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund, your choice. You do not need to send the item back.

Good to know

Returns must be started with us within 30 days of delivery. Please do not send items back without a return label from us, so we can track your return and refund you quickly.
